Absolutely. The recruiter integrates into your systems. If you have an existing ATS, they'll use it. If you don't, they'll use ours.

What if we need to scale up quickly?

We can add a second (or third) recruiter from our team. The ramp-up is typically 1-2 weeks.

Do we manage the recruiter directly?
