What if I need to fill the role quickly?
Our speed is the same as any agency. We're motivated to fill fast because we don't earn anything until the hire starts. The monthly payment structure doesn't slow us down. It keeps us honest about quality.
Can I use other recruiters at the same time?
Yes, we work on a non-exclusive basis. That said, clients who grant us exclusivity typically see faster results because we can invest more deeply in the search.
What counts as "documented performance reasons"?
Written performance improvement plans, documented feedback sessions, or formal performance reviews that show the hire was not meeting agreed-upon expectations. We don't require a specific HR process, but there needs to be a paper trail.
What if the hire leaves at month 11?
At month 11, you've paid 11 installments of 1.5%, totaling 16.5% of annual salary. If they leave, your 12th payment is cancelled. You've still paid less than a traditional agency, and 11 months of productive work from the hire.
Can I combine Retention-Guard with your evaluation service?
One professional evaluation per candidate is included at no extra cost. Additional evaluation types (e.g., both a technical interview and a system design review) can be added for a fee.
